Mission Statement:



The story of Portland's Eastern Waterfront and Maine State Pier in the past 10 years exemplifies the exact problems that our community seeks to avoid with municipal development and the process that drives it. As a result, we are organizing to create a citizen-led, grassroots model for making public policy and defining the future developments in our community.
